Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NotifyMeWhen ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

NotifyMeWhen is an AI-powered monitoring service that allows you to set conditions in natural language and receive push notifications when those conditions become true based on real-time web data.

User Accounts

  • You must sign in using Apple or Google authentication to use the App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

Subscription & Billing

  • The App offers a 3-day free trial for new users.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly ($4.99/month) or annually ($39.99/year) through the Apple App Store.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Monitor illegal activities or content
  • Harass, stalk, or harm other individuals
  • Attempt to circumvent service limitations or abuse the system
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Service Limitations

  • Each subscription allows up to 5 active monitors.
  • Monitors are checked approximately every 15 minutes.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any monitored information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. You use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotifyMeWhen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
